Maattrraan team dazzles at audio launch in Singapore

Surya along with the Maattrraan team and other bigwigs of Tamil film industry treated the Singapore audience with loads of entertainment at the music album function held at Hall No. 1, Singapore Expo last evening (August 9). The first-ever Tamil audio launch event held in Singapore has become a grand success where the attendees enjoyed every bit of the audio launch function.

Surya and Harris Jayaraj launched the album and presented the CDs to the invitees. The guest-list included directors Gautham Menon, Hari, N Lingusamy, newly married couple Prasanna and Sneha, Ramya aka Divya Spandana, Sivaji Prabhu, Sonia Agarwal, Sivakumar (Surya's father), Karthi, and others. While Divyadarshini hosted the event, Neetu Chandra, Poorna, Dhansika, Harris Jayaraj and Maha Lakshmi Iyer along with others thrilled the audience with their performances.

Maattrraan has five songs: 'Rettai Kathirae', 'Kaal Mulaitha Poovae', 'Kaal Mulaitha Poovae', 'Yaaro Yaaro' and 'Naani Koni'. While Na Muthukumar, Madhan Karky, Pa Vijay, Tharai and Viveka have provided the lyrics, Krish, Balaji, Sharmila, Javed Ali, Mahalakshmi Iyer, Aalaap Raju, Charulatha Mani, Karthik, Priya Himesh, Vijay Prakash, and Shreya Ghoshal have sung the tracks.

Note: The title of the film, which was called earlier as Maatraan, has been changed to Maattrraan in order to match with the film's theme of Siamese Twins.
