ready
for
3D
release.
The
trailer
of
the
3D
version
was
released
yesterday
(August
13)
in
Chennai.
Speaking
at
the
occasion,
Rajinikanth
said
that
he
was
not
aware
of
Sivaji
being
converted
to
3D
until
15
days
ago.
The
makers
of
the
film
kept
it
as
a
secret
and
he
was
amazed
when
he
saw
the
movie
in
3D.
But
he
did
not
see
the
complete
movie,
as
he
watched
the
colourful
songs
of
the
film
thrice.
He
also
thanked
Shankar
and
AVM
Saravanan
and
Guhan
for
making
it
in
3D.
The
superstar
further
added
that
he
wishes
that
his
movies
like
Endhiran
and
Padayappa
will
also
be
converted
to
3D,
as
Rajinikanth
believes
that
the
movies
are
worth
watching
in
it.
However,
around
400
people
worked
in
multiple
shifts
to
convert
the
film
to
3D.
However,
Sivaji
is
likely
to
release
in
September
in
maximum
number
of
screens.
Sivaji
is
a
political-thriller
directed
by
Shankar.
It
had
AR
Rahman's
music
and
it
was
produced
by
MS
Guhan-M
Sarvanan.
The
movie
featured
Shriya
Saran
and
Suman
in
the
key
roles.
The
movie
tells
the
story
of
a
NRI,
who
comes
to
India
to
do
something
good
to
the
society.
But
falls
into
the
trap
of
politician's
devised
plan
to
lose
out
all
his
properties.
