Santhanam roped in for Ajith's next

Santhanam, the highest paid comedian in Tamil films, is on a roll. The actor, who is busy with multiple projects, has now signed Ajith Kumar's forthcoming Tamil film.

Reports confirm that Santhanam has been signed for the usual comedy role in Siruthai Siva's next project. He is the third actor for this project to be signed after Ajith Kumar and Anushka Shetty. The comedy actor had earlier worked with Thala in Kireedam and Billa.

However, Santhanam's forthcoming projects are Alex Pandian, Neethaane En Ponvasantham, Ongaram (Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum in Telugu), Mappilai Vinayagar, Singam 2, Boologam, Vaalu, Settai, Raja Rani, All in All Azhagu Raja, Theeya Velai Seiyyanum Kumaru and others.

Meanwhile, sources say that the title of the film, which was earlier said as Vetri Kondaan, is yet to be finalised. Other details about the project are yet to be revealed. However, a top actor will be doing a cameo in the upcoming film.
