Stop writing news about Manmadhan 2: Simbu

There have been many speculations about Silambarasan's pet project Manmadhan 2. It was reported that South Indian big names including Trisha Krishnan, Ileana D'Cruz, Tamanna Bhatia were part of the movie. The buzz also claimed that he had roped in AR Rahman to compose the music. However, all these reports have turned out to be false, as Simbu clarified that the reports are untrue.

Simbu was bombarded by questions from his fans on Twitter regarding the project. It made him to announce that the selection process of cast and crew has not been started for Manmadhan 2. "I pls request media to stop writting news abt Manmadhan 2 because nothing has been confirmed yet and I have to finish the script work 1st."

However, Silambarasan will be reportedly producing and directing Manmadhan 2 apart from playing dual roles in the proposed film. He has also taken the responsibility of penning the lyrics for the upcoming Tamil movie, which is a sequel to 2004 hit film Manmadhan. Meanwhile, the actor is busy with Podaa Podi, Vaalu and Vettai Mannan.
