Thaandavam trailer: Vikram turns blind!

Vikram was seen as a dim-witted man but a large-hearted in Deiva Thirumagal directed by AL Vijay and produced by UTV Motion Pictures. But for the latest movie Thaandavam, made by the same team, will show him as a blind but gifted with human echolocation, the ability to detect objects in their environment by sensing echoes from those objects.

Thaandavam trailer was launched on Tuesday (July 31) by Vikram at an event, which was restricted to media and the film unit. The two-minute-plus video claims that the movie is an unusual revenge story. While some believe that it is has resemblances with Japanese movie The Blind Swordsman: Zatoichi, the makers of the film have denied it and requested not to come to conclusion before the film release.

The mega-budget project is an action-oriented movie starring Vikram, Anushka Shetty and Amy Jackson. The audio of Thaandavam will hit the stands on August 15 and it will hit the screens on September 28.
