South Indian actress Priyamani seems to be taking a break from her glamorous roles as she is looking out for the roles that has scope to show her acting skills. After making a mark for herself in all Southern film industries with her sexy avatars, the Bangalore-based girl is cautiously signing films, which could help her grow as an actress. It turned out to be true recently with her multilingual Chaarulatha, where she played the roles of conjoined twins, first of its kind in Indian cinema. Now, the 28-year-old is game for yet another female-centric project.
Following the footsteps of Ragini Dwivedi, who is starring in the action-oriented Ragini IPS, Priyamani will be seen in the action avatar soon. The actress, who is gearing up for the release of her next Kannada film Lakshmi featuring Shivaraj Kumar, has signed a film for Anand P Raju and it will be produced by Gandugali K Manju. The interesting point is that Anand-Manju, who are making Ragini IPS, have come forward to make yet another action flick with a female lead. The makers of the film, who considered a few titles, have zeroed in on a title but they are to make it official.
The director claims that the film has an interesting title but people have to wait for a few more days to know about it.
The buzz says that the technical team, which has worked in Ragini IPS, will be retained for Priyamani's project.
However, Priyamani is currently busy with Malayalam films like Perfume, Yes I Am, and Telugu film Angulika.
