Multilingual actress Amala Paul, who is basking in the success of Vijay starrer Thalaivaa, is keeping herself busy with work on her birthday (October 26). She is turning 22 today.
Amala Paul is busy with her Malayalam project. The actress is currently shooting her forthcoming movie Oru Indian Pranayakatha in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
"In Jaisalmer, my first trip to this part of India! (I'm) staying in a haunted palace where I see the portraits of Kingpins all over. Someone tells me this room was the habitat of Kings. (I) love such unpredictable things," posted Amala on her Twitter page. Paired opposite Fahad Fazil, OIP is being directed by veteran filmmaker Sathyan Anthikad.
Amala Paul started her career in Malayalam films. She made her acting debut in Neelathamara. She entered Tamil films with Veerasekaran directed by Sathish Kumar. Her biggest break came in the form of Mynaa directed by Prabhu Solomon. The success was continued with Madhavan-Arya starrer Vettai and Vikram starrer Deiva Thirumagal.
In the mean time, Amala Paul tasted success in Telugu films like Naayak and Love Failure. Her forthcoming movies are: Nimirndhu Nil (Tamil) starring Jayam Ravi, Janda Pai Kapiraju (Telugu) starring Nani, Velaiyilla Pattathari (Tamil) and Oru Indian Pranayakatha (Malayalam).
