Jayam Ravi-Vijay Sethupathi In A Flash Mob

Jayam Ravi and Vijay Sethupathi were seen promoting the 11th Chennai International Film Festival (CIFF), which is kick-starting today (December 12). They took the initiative on their own as they want to make this event a talk of the town.

Festival director E Thangaraj said that both Vijay Sethupathi and Jayam Ravi came forward to participate in a flash mob on their own. Earlier, the organisers had planned to this with local dancers.

"Both Vijay and Ravi voluntarily came forward to participate in a flash mob. We had initially planned to do this with some local dancers for the promotion of CIFF, but when they came to know about it, they expressed their interest to participate," festival director E Thangaraj told IANS.

Jayam Ravi and Vijay Sethupathi performed at the flash mob on Wednesday (December 11) at the Express Avenue Mall.

The 11th Chennai International Film Festival will be held from December 12-19 and 163 films from 58 countries will be screened at the fest. It is being organised by Indo Cine Appreciation Foundation (ICAF) in association with the state government.

Bollywood actor-filmmaker Aamir Khan and Kamal Hassan are inaugurating the ceremony.
