Bollywood movieKai Po Che and Tamil movie Aadhi Bhagavan have been grandly welcomed by cine-goers in Tamil Nadu. The movies, which were released last weekend, have got good response from audience. As a result, the films have done good business at Tamil Box Office.
According to traders, Jayam Ravi's Aadhi Bhagavan, which has got thumbs down from critics, managed to do good business in the opening weekend. The movie, mainly attracted Jayam Ravi and Ameer Sultan's fans. The response for the movie on the opening day was not up to the mark but picked up well on Saturday and Sunday.
On the other end, Hindi movie Kai Po Che, which has won thumbs up from various quarters, has been released in limited number of screens in Tamil Nadu. The response for the movie at multiplexes were brilliant and it has managed to generate good revenue for the distributors of Tamil Nadu.
However, Aadhi Bhagavan stars Jayam Ravi and Neetu Chandra in the lead roles. The film directed by Ameer Sultan is produced by J Anbazhagan. Whereas, Kai Po Che is based on Chetan Bhagat's novel 'The 3 Mistakes of My Life'. The film is directed by Abhishek Kapoor. Sushant Singh Rajput, Raj Kumar Yadav and Amit Sadh star as the three main protagonists while Amrita Puri plays the female lead in the movie.
