Madha Gaja Raja Bags U Certificate

Tamil Action star Vishal starrer Madha Gaja Raja, which is scheduled to hit screen on September 6, has bagged U certificate from the censor board.

Initially, the movie was slated to release for 2013 Pongal festival, but it was delayed for eight months. Finally, the movie will be releasing for the Vinayaka Chaturthi weekend.

Talking about the delay, the actor said, "The film was delayed due to several reasons, but I'm glad it's finally coming out. It's an out and out comedy entertainer. I'm sure audiences will love it."

In the initial days, Madha Gaja Raja was promoted in its abbreviated version MGR. Following which, actor Vishal requested not to use the short form as he doesn't want to get into any controversy.

Madha Gadha Raja, also features Anjali, Varalakshmi, Sada, Santhanam and Sonu Sood in important roles, and it is directed by Sundar C. The movie has been dubbed in Telugu as Nataraja Thaney Raja and will be simultaneously released along with its Tamil version. Click here to watch the trailer of Madha Gaja Raja...

Vishal, who turned producer with the recently released Tamil movie Pattatthu Yaanai, has got the distribution rights of Tamil and Telugu version of Madha Gadha Raja. The movie will be releasing under his home banner Vishal Factory.
