Nazriya Nazim, who impressed the Tamil audience in recently released movie Raja Rani, is in the centre of a controversy. For the first time in her career, she is hitting headlines for a wrong reason as a raunchy scene featuring her in the Tamll movie Naiyaandi has now become a matter of debate.
The intimate scene was supposed to be shot on Nazriya Nazim. But the actress was not comfortable shooting it. Hence, the makers of the flick used a body double without her prior consent and it has irked the multilingual actress.
The actress has filed a cheating case against the movie bosses. Nazriya Nazim, who is active on Facebook, wrote, "I have complained against the producer/director of Naiyaandi to Nadigar Sangham for cheating."
She adds, "They have used a body double to shoot the below scene without my permission. This is against contractual agreements. We will take legal action."
Sources say that director Sarkunam is aware of Nazriya Nazim's decision to go to public about the issue. He was not bothered when the actress reportedly threatened to file the complaint.
