Nazriya Nazim, who created a controversy a few days ago by alleging the makers of Naiyaandi makers of using a body double to shoot an intimate scene without her permission, has taken a U-turn on the issue. The actress has said that her controversial scene has been removed. To her fans, she wrote, "I have withdrawn my complaint against Naiyaandi director. All my concerns about the possibility of body double scenes being present in the movie have been addressed. The body double scenes from the trailer also have been already removed."
The actress thanked her fans for their support, as she wrote, "I hope you will understand that it's your support that has given me the strength to stand up for what I believe is the right thing to do."
It was said that Nazriya Nazim's controversy was just a publicity stunt and it was another way of promoting the Dhanush starrer Naiyaandi. But she refused it. She claimed, "Many of you are angry and have felt let down by what they feel as a publicity stunt by me." Continue reading the story on the slideshow...
