Ramesh Kanna In Ajith's Veeram

Tamil superstar Ajith Kumar starrer Veeram has a new entry for its lead cast. Veteran actor, director and comedian Ramesh Kanna has geared up to make a comeback in Ajith movies.

Ajith and Ramesh Kanna combo was earlier seen in movies like Villan, Amarkalam, Attagasam and Varalaru. Ramesh Kanna was titled as the 'Evergreen friend' of Ajith in the movie Anjaneya, which released in 2003.

Sources said that Ramesh Kanna will be seen in the substantial role in Veeram, he is thrilled to be back in Ajith movies, after a long gap. It is said that the actor was happy for Ajith as he has maintained his salt and pepper look in this film too.

Talking about his role in Veeram Ramesh said, "I play Ajith's childhood friend in the movie and I will be a part of many comedic and romantic episodes in the film along with Ajith, Santhanam, Tamanna and the actors who play Ajith's brothers in the film. Veeram has completed its 60 percent of the shoot and is scheduled to hit screens for 2014 Pongal festival. Ajith Kumar, Tamanna Bhatia, Vidharath, Bala, Suza Kumar and Santhanam will be seen in the important roles, the flick is directed by Siruthai Siva.
