Selvaraghavan has become a father again. The director's wife Geethanjali gave birth to a baby boy earlier today (October 7) at a private hospital in Chennai.
The news was broken by Geethatanjali's sister and actress Vidyullekha Raman on Twitter, "Congratulations to @GitanjaliSelva and @selvaraghavan! Beautiful baby boy born this morning."
Sources say that both mother and baby are good. "The mother and the baby boy are doing fine. He was born early this morning in a private hospital," the IANS quoted the source as saying.
The family members have welcomed the new arrival and it is celebration time for them. On the other end, congratulatory messages have started pouring in for Selvaraghavan and Geethatanjali from their Twitter followers.
The director and Geethatanjali, after falling in love, tied the knot on July 4, 2011. Selvaraghavan was earlier married to actress Sonia Aggarwal. After staying together for a few years, they decided to part ways. Finally, they got divorce in 2009.

Iraandaam Ulagam is a romantic-fantasy movie. The mega-budget project is produced by PVP Cinema.
The Tamil movie, which is being dubbed in Telugu as Varna, has Harris Jayaraj's music. Anirudh Ravichander is reportedly scoring background music for the film.
While Ramji is the cinematographer, Kola Bhaskar is the editor of Iraandaam Ulagam. It will hit the screens in November.
