Shankar To Direct Vishal?

It is well-known that maverick director Shankar had praised Vishal Krishna after watching his recent release Pandiya Nadu. But little less we knew about the director calling the actor and giving a hint of his plans to cast him in his film in future.

The buzz says that Shankar had called Vishal Krishna after watching Pandiya Nadu. He appreciated the actor and told him that his natural acting was one of the highlights of the Tamil movie. The director surprised him when he told Vishal that he would like to work with him some day.

Reports say that Shankar told Vishal that they haven't worked together till date and the director hopes that a situation could arise in near future. Vishal was delighted to hear such words from the Anniyan creator and told that he was more than happy to work with him.

Industry insiders feel that it was a hint given by Shankar to Vishal Krishna to get ready for his future project. Meanwhile, the actor, who is basking in the success of Pandiya Nadu, is game for his next release Madha Gaja Raja, which has been delayed for some reasons.

On the other end, Shankar is busy with his next flick Ai starring Vikram and Amy Jackson.
