Tamil upcoming flick Vaalu starring Silambarasan aka Simbu in the lead role has postponed its release date. It is said that the crew has decided not to clash the movie with Ajith Kumar starrer Arrambam.
It is a known fact that Silambarasan is a die hard fan of Ajith Kumar, and he has proved the same by delaying the release of his movie Vaalu. Also, there is a scene in Vaalu, where Simbu and Hansika will be seen watching Ajith's movie Billa 2 in Kamala theatre.
Meanwhile, Ajith starrer Arrambam, Karthi's All In All Azhagu Raja and Arya's Irandam Ulagam have already scheduled their release date for Diwali festival. Vaalu deals with the story of a youngster, who lives in Railway quarters in Chennai, and will fall in love with a rich girl, which will be played by Hansika Motwani.
The expectation of the movie has been beefed up after Silambarasan and Hansika confirmed their relationship on Twitter. Vaalu also has Santhanam, VTV Ganesh, Brahmanandam, Aditya and Salim Ghouse in the important roles. The movie is directed by Vijay Chander.
S Thaman has scored the music for Vaalu. The film is produced by SS Chakravarthy under NIC arts banner.
