Surya-Jyothika Celebrate Seven Years Of Togetherness - Happy Wedding Anniversary!
Surya Sivakumar, who was recently seen in Singam 2 is celebrating his seventh wedding anniversary. The actor married Kollywood diva Jyothika in 2006. The couple is blessed with two children - Diya and Dev.
It is said that Surya and Jyothika were initially very good friends. Their friendship later blossomed into love and finally culminated into marriage. The lovely couple of Kollywood have shared screen in movies like Kaakha Kaakha, Perazhagan and Sillunu Oru Kaadhal.
Jyothika has quit acting since their marriage and has became a full time house wife and is right now focusing on raising her kids in the best possible manner. On the other hand, Surya is beautifully balancing his personal and professional life.
Surya made his debut with Nerukku Neer in 1997 with Illayathalapathy Vijay and became a full-time hero with Sandhippoma, which released in the year 1998. Jyothika made her acting debut with the Bollywood movie Doli Saja Ke Rakhna, which was directed by Priyadarshan. Her debut in Kollywood was a cameo appearance in Vaali.
Later Jyothika starred in Poovellam Kettuppar in which she played the love interest of the protagonist, portrayed by her future husband Surya Sivakumar. The success of the movie Kushi became a turning point in her career and she became a full time heroine. The duo shared a healthy relationship from then on.

Agaram Foundation
The couple together have started Agaram foundation, a non profit organization, which is working to help children, who drop out of school early in the state of Tamil Nadu.
