Indian cinema is ready to get two police movies this week. July 5th will witness two Police stories with the action entertainer. The much awaited films of the superstars from B-Town and Kollywood is ready to hit the silver screen - Sanjay Dutt's Policegiri and Surya's Singam 2.
Policegiri is the remake of the Kollywood's 2003 hit Saamy, which was directed by Hari starring Vikram. Now the Kollywood's well known director KS Ravikumar is taking Saamy to B-Town as Policegiri which is expected to give a break to Sanju baba. Hari, the director of Saamy, is coming back with the fourth combo of him with Surya by Singam 2.
Singam 2 is a sequel of 2010 hit Singam, and Policegiri the remake of Tamil hit Saamy are coming in front of audience at a time. Both movies are highly expected for Sanjay Dutt and Surya fans. The plot of both the movies are same, where an Indian cop struggles against the anti-social elements to bring the law and order under their control.
Kollywood's star directors KS Ravikumar and Hari, are coming face to face with their movies. Policegiri is expected to do well like the Ajay Devgn's Singam which was the remake of the 2010 Tamil hit movie and prequel of Singam 2, Singam.
Policegiri will be debut film for the director KS Ravi Kumar in B-Town. This movie will be the latest edition of Kollywood movies made in Bollywood. Also, Policegiri will be the second movie of Hari to be made in B-Town. Now, we have to wait and watch which movie will pull the audience to theatre - Surya's Singam 2 or Sanjay Dutt's Policegiri.
