Kajal
Aggarwal
is
undoubtedly
one
of
the
most
sought
after
South
actresses
with
her
Tamil
and
Telugu
films
becoming
massive
hits.
But
her
latest
statement
could
create
a
controversy
and
make
Tamil
filmmakers
think
twice
before
signing
her
for
Kollywood
films.
Speaking
to
the
Times
of
India,
Kajal
Aggarwal
has
said
that
there
is
a
difference
between
Telugu
and
Tamil
films.
The
actress
finds
that
women
are
respected
well
in
Tollywood
than
Kollywood.
According
to
the
actress,
who
delivered
blockbuster
Thuppakki
starring
Vijay
and
hit
Maattrraan
with
Surya
last
year,
Tamil
film
industry
cares
only
about
heroes
and
they
treat
them
like
a
god.
"I
prefer
the
Telugu
film
industry
as
women
are
respected
more
than
they
are
in
the
Tamil
film
industry.
In
Tamil
cinema,
they
care
only
about
their
hero,
who
is
God.
Of
course,
I
don't
give
a
shit
and
go
and
sit
in
my
van," The
TOI
quoted
the
actress
as
saying.
The
actress'
statement
is
likely
to
spark
controversy
considering
that
the
actress
was
only
part
of
two
biggies
-
Maattrran
and
Thuppakki
-
in
the
recent
years.
However,
when
asked
about
her
favourite
actor
in
Tamil
films,
Kajal
Aggarwal
said
that
she
enjoyed
working
with
Ilayathalapathy
Vijay.
Meanwhile,
the
actress,
who
is
eagerly
waiting
for
the
release
of
Special
26,
is
part
of
All
in
All
Azhagu
Raja
and
Vijay's
next
film
tentatively
titled
Jilla.
