Two Years For Ajith's Mankatha

It has been two years for tomorrow (Aug 31), Tamil superstar Ajith Kumar starrer Mankatha released. The movie was released in the year 2011.

Even today, Mankatha is much talked movie in Kollywood. Ajith's performance in the movie was much appreciated by his fans. The movie was the actor's landmark as 'Thala 50', which was directed by Venkat Prabhu, and also it was a biggest Blockbuster in the year 2011.

To mark the two year celebration of Mankatha's release, and to celebrate music director Yuvan Shankar Raja's 34th birthday, Ajith and Yuvan fans have geared up to re-release the movie.

Ajith and Yuvan fans have arranged a special screening of Mankatha in New Cleopatra Theatre, Tuticorin at 11.00 am, on August 31, Saturday. Sources said that the amount collected by the special screening will be donated to blind students for their education.

Mankatha was produced by Dhayanidhi Alagiri's cloud nine productions, and the plot deals with heist of cricket betting money, which will be executed by gang of five thieves. The mission will be headed by Ajith.
