celebrations

supposed
to
begin
on
Saturday
(June
8),
but
bad
weather
in
the
city
played
the
spoilsport.
The
actor
will
celebrate
his
39th
birthday
on
June
22
and
this
year,
the
fans
clubs
of
the
Velayudham
star
had
planned
to
kick-start
the
celebration
very
early.
Members
from
Vijay's
fan
club
had
planned
to
carry
out
charitable
activities
such
as
distribution
of
computers,
sewing
machines
and
wheelchairs
to
the
differently-abled
and
underprivileged
members
of
different
human
welfare
groups.
Confirming
the
news,
a
member
from
Vijay's
fan
club
said
in
the
statement,
"It
was
all
planned,
but
due
to
frequent
rains
in
the
city
over
the
last
few
days,
we
decided
to
call
off
the
celebrations.
It
was
supposed
to
be
a
grand
event
with
large
participation."

saplings
will
be
given
to
all
the
people
who
would
attend
the
event
as
a
mark
of
respect
to
the
environment.

the
guest
and
will
distribute
saplings
to
create
awareness
on
afforestation.

As
per
the
reports,
Vijay
is
expected
to
donate
a
huge
amount
this
year.
Reports
add
that
the
fans
club
will
be
donating
Rs
1
crore
for
the
charitable
cause.

shooting
of

of
the
film
is
expected
to
be
launched
a

his
birthday
