Vijay Records A Melody Track For Jilla

Vijay will be doing it again! The Illayathalapathy will be crooning a song in the forthcoming Tamil movie Jilla. But this time, it is for a melodious track, says source.

The actor, who is regularly signing one song in his movies including his recent movies like Thuppakki ('Google google') and Thalaivaa ('Vaanganna vanakkanganna'), will be crooning a number composed by S Thaman and the lyrics is penned by Vairamuthu.

S Thaman had earlier tweeted, "#Jilla Its official guys!! Recorded Vijay Annan for an ethnic melodious number with shreya ghoshal..Lyric by Vairamuthu sir..Praise God!"

The latest news is that Vijay has recorded the song with Bollywood singer Shreya Ghoshal. It is a romantic melodious track, add reports.

Meanwhile, we have also heard that Vijay will be singing a song in his other movie with AR Murugadoss. Anirudh Ravichander is putting efforts to make Vijay sing in the untitled movie.

However, Jilla is directed by Nesan and produced by RB Chaudhary. The movie also stars Malayalam superstar Mohanal and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead roles. Mahat Raghavendra, Goundamani, Soori, Poornima Bhagyaraj, Niveda Thomas, Brahmanandam, Thambi Ramaiah, Vidyullekha Raman, Ravi Mariya and others are in the cast.

Jilla will hit the screens for Pongal.
