Akshara
Hassan,
the
daughter
of
Kamal
Hassan,
has
not
taken
any
advice
from
her
father
on
acting.
She
is
starting
her
career
with
bilingual
movie
Shamitabh
starring
our
own
Dhanush.
Kamal
Hassan
feels
that
she
could
not
seek
any
advice
from
old-timers.
He
believes
that
the
young
girl
knows
her
way
and
confident
about
what
she
is
doing.
"I
think
she
should
not
take
any
advice
from
old
time
actors.
I
think
she
knows
her
way.
And
she
will
ask
me
when
she
is
in
doubt
but
she
hasn't
asked
me
yet
which
means
she
is
confident.
I
think
she
is
in
good
hands," the
IANS
quoted
the
actor
as
saying.
Shamitabh
is
directed
by
R
Balki
of
Aangilam
Vaangilam
(English
Vinglish
in
Hindi)
fame.
Meanwhile,
Kamal
Hassan
is
busy
with
two
projects.
While
Vishwaroopam
is
getting
ready
for
the
release,
Uttama
Villain
is
in
the
shooting
stages.
The
Universal
Star
has
also
signed
a
new
project
with
Jeetu
Joseph
for
the
remake
of
Malayalam
blockbuster
Drishyam.
This
Tamil
flick
will
take
off
in
August.
