Soundarya Ashwin has said that she is a big fan of James Cameron and she is keen on showing her film to James Cameron. She is not just wishing it rather the director is putting efforts to reach the Hollywood's popular director.
Kochadaiiyaan is said to be a landmark film in Indian cinema for all its technical wonders. The film is shot using motion-capture technology and Hollywood films Avatar and Tin Tin were made on the similar lines. But the budget of Kochadaiiyaan is far less compared to international films. The Tamil flick is made with the budget of Rs 125 crores.
Kochadaiiyaan is a historical fiction based on the life and times of Tamil Pandya King Kochadaiiyaan Ranadheeran. Rajinikanth will be seen in triple roles. Deepika Padukone and Shobana are the two female lead roles in the flick. Jackie Shroff, Sarath Kumar, Aadhi, Nassar and others are in the cast.
AR Rahman has scored the music and Rajiv Menon has handled the cinematography department. The film will hit the screens for Tamil New Year in April.
