Dhayanidhi Alagiri, who is known
for producing some successful movies like Mankatha and
Udhayam, is eyeing different markets to generate revenues.
The latest step in that direction is the producer himself is
launching the audio of his forthcoming Vadacurry in
his newly formed audio label.
He has floated his own music label Meeka Audio. He says that
even though there were good offers for the audio rights, he chose
to release Vadacurry music on his own label as he sees a
lot of potential in any form of digital rights.
"I'm releasing the Vadacurry album under my own music
label Meeka Audio even though we had offers from the existing
labels. I personally foresee a lot of potential in any form of
digital rights, thus the effort in exploring them," Dhayanidhi
posted on his Twitter page.
He says he would like to explore all forms of digital rights in
the future. "I will be making an honest and sincere effort in
exploring the audio rights, Internet rights and any form of digital
rights from hereafter," he added.
However, his latest film Vadacurry stars Jai and Swathi in the lead
roles. The prime attraction of the film is that Sunny Leone has
done an item number in the flick.
