Mr
A
Abdul
Hameed,
the
counsel
for
director,
Gautham
Vasudev
Menon
has
issued
a
statement
saying
that
the
allegations
by
RS
Infotainment
are
false
and
misleading.
He
clarified
that
RS
Infotainment
had
first
earlier
filed
a
complaint
on
the
same
matter
with
the
CCB
in
April,
2013.
The
CCB
had
investigated
the
matter
and
closed
the
case.
RS
Infotainment
had
then
filed
the
same
complaint
with
the
Magistrate
Court,
suppressing
the
fact
that
CCB
had
closed
the
case
earlier.
Even
here
the
Investigating
Authorities
upon
enquiry
had
filed
a
report
closing
the
case.
It
has
then
again
filed
the
same
case
with
the
High
Court
suppressing
the
fact
that
the
case
has
been
investigated
and
closed
-
twice.
Mr
A
Abdul
Hameed
stated
that
Gautham
Vasudev
Menon
and
Photon
Kathaas
have
been
vindicated
twice
by
the
authorities
and
he
will
be
moving
the
High
Court
in
this
connection
against
RS
Infotainment.
He
further
stated
that
RS
Infotainment
was
filing
false
cases
suppressing
facts.
Fox
Star
Studios
had
provided
a
letter
to
the
authorities
clearly
detailing
the
accounts
of
the
film
Ekk
Deewana
Tha
and
that
the
film
had
made
a
loss
of
nearly
Rs
9
crores.
There
was
no
profit
from
the
film
and
so
there
cannot
be
any
claim
either
against
Mr
Gautham
Vasudev
Menon
nor
against
Photon
Kathaas.
RS
Infotainment's
intention
seems
to
be
to
harass
and
malign
the
reputation
of
Mr
Gautham
Menon
and
Photon
Kathaas.
