been confirmed yet amid reports claiming that the Tamil flick will
hit the screens on April 11. The makers of the film are expected to
announce the date by the end of this month.
People, who are closely observing the development, believe that
Kochadaiiyaan would have got released on April 11 if the
Lok Sabha elections were not around the same time. This factor has
made them think twice on the release date. An official word about
the release could be out by March last week.
Kochadaiiyaan is a 3D motion capture computer-animated
film made with the budget of Rs 125 crores. Rajinikanth and
Deepika Padukone are in the lead
roles with Jackie Shroff, Sarath Kumar, Shobana, Aadhi, Nassar and
others in the supporting cast. It is produced by Eros International
and directed by Soundarya Ashwin.
