Rajinikanth's next movie after Kochadaiiyaan has continued to be mystery. Various names to helm his film has emerged in the recent years but none of them has been confirmed. The latest name, which is connected to his flick is none other than ace director KS Ravikumar.
Rumours are rife that KS Ravikumar is getting ready to helm Rajinikanth's next film. As we all know, they share a good rapport and their combo films have often struck golds at Box Office. This factor will easily make them come together without having second thoughts. Reportedly, they have discussed many stories and Rajini has apparently liked one among them.
As far as other details are concerned, we hear that KS Ravikumar has finalised Rathnavelu, who had earlier worked with Rajinikanth in Endhiran, to handle the cinematography department and Anushka Shetty has been approached to play a key role in the proposed project.
KS Ravikumar's film is expected to take off after Kochadaiiyaan hits the screens. The shooting may start in the later half of the year. However, in 2010, the director was supposed to helm Rana starring Rajinikanth. But it was dropped after superstar fell ill.
