Rajinikanth-KS Ravikumar's Film Titled As Lingaa

It's a known fact that Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth and Kollywood's ace filmmaker KS Ravikumar has joined hands for the movie, which is scheduled its muhurtha on the auspicious day Akshaya Thrithiya, May 2, 2014. The movie, which is the third combination of the duo is now been titled as Lingaa.

Sources from Kollywood has confirmed the movie title, which features Mangalore girl Anushka Shetty and Bollywood diva Sonakshi Sinha in the female lead. Sonakshi is making her Tamil debut with the film, whereas it's the first movie for Anushka with Rajini. AR Rahman is scoring the music for the flick, which is touted to be an out and out family and action entertainer.

Coincidentally, Lingaa is also the name of Rajinikanth's second grand son, who is the second son of Tamil superstar Dhanush and Aishwarya R Dhanush. We must also consider the family connect in the movie's title. Earlier it was rumoured about Kannada superstar Kiccha Sudeep playing the antagonist role in the film.

However Tamil's maverick filmmaker KS Ravikumar is tight lipped about the other lead actors and the antagonist role of the film. But it is believed that the big names of Indian film industry will work for the same.
