There were reports that Rajinikanth had paid a visit to the sets of Telugu director SS Rajamouli's Baahubali sets. But the filmmaker of Naan Ee (Eega) has denied it by saying that he has not got the privilege to meet him on his sets.

"The news that you're hearing that Rajini sir visited our sets is untrue. We haven't had that privilege yet. I guess it may happen one day," Rajamouli told IANS.

Rajinikanth and SS Rajamouli's had met recently at an event in Hyderabad. Sharing a picture posted by his follower, the director tweeted, "One of my most memorable moments: Rajini sir leaned across and said "rajamouli, I want to come to sets of Baahubali and see your shooting""

He added, "And... One of my most forgettable moment: I gaped at him tongue tied and said something resembling "Thank you sir" :("

SS Rajamouli's Baahubali starring Prabhas Rana Daggubati and Anushka Shetty in the lead is a period drama. The film is expected to release in 2015. On the other end, Rajinikanth is getting ready for the release of his mega-budget film Kochadaiiyaan. The Tamil flick, which has Deepika Padukone in the lead role, will hit the marquee on May 9.
