When Rohit Shetty Met Rajinikanth

Rohit Shetty is the latest celebrity, who is bowled over by the humbleness of Rajinikanth. The Tamil superstar's down-to-earth quality stunned the Bollywood director when he met the actor recently in Hyderabad.

The director narrates the story that he had a fortune of meeting Rajinikanth in Hyderabad. The actor was getting ready for a shot when the director entered the sets. But the Endhiran actor, who came to know that Rohit had arrived to meet him, he took a break and spent half an hour with him.

"Rajini Sir walked across to me; greeted me and said, 'Rohit, I love your work. I'm a great fan.' I was about to faint. I kept telling myself, this is Rajini Sir, who according to me, is the biggest star in the universe. Yet he was so humble," a leading daily quotes Rohit Shetty as saying.

Rohit Shetty also took a few pictures with Rajinikanth. However, director KS Ravikumar has requested him not to post it online as it reveals about the superstar's character in forthcoming Tamil movie Lingaa.
