Shankar Getting Ready For Rajinikanth's Endhiran 2!

Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan starrer Endhiran was the biggest commercial winner in 2010. The film was appreciated not only by Tamil audience but also Bollywood cine goers. After the release, there were rumours on its sequel. Well, the team had not denied the possibility but had cleared that it would not happen in the near future. Now, the time seems to be set for the second instalment.

Yes, you have read it right. Director Shankar's next movie after Ai has been a suspense. It was said that he would team up with Ajith Kumar and later it was revealed that he was joining hands with the Tamil superstar again. And the Rajini-Shankar combo speculation is turning out to be true with the filmmaker planning Endhiran 2.

If reports are to be believed, Shankar had a few rounds of talks with Rajinikanth. The only issue that the movie faced was related to the production as it requires heavy investment just like Endhiran, which was produced by Kalanidhi Maran of Sun Pictures. But change in guard in Tamil Nadu has forced the production house to stay away from producing big films in the last few years.

However, Reliance Entertainment has reportedly come forward to produce Endhiran 2. More details are expected to be out in the coming days.
