The controversy broke out after Jigarthanda producer
Kathiresan decided to postpone the movie. As Dhanush's
Velaiyilla Pattathari was doing well at Box Office, he
took a call on delaying the release after consulting with the
'Kolaveri di' hitmaker.
This development angered Siddharth, who was keenly waiting for the release of his Jigarthanda. Hence, in a series of Tweets, he said that the producer postponed the film without consulting his own team members but he had time to discuss with others.
