Siddharth's Jigarthanda Set For Bollywood Remake!

Siddharth's Jigarthanda has become a hit in Kollywood. The Tamil movie, without any A-list actor in the cast, has won critical appreciation and has kept the cash register ringing at Box Office. Now, the movie is set for the Bollywood remake.

As the script is the hero in the movie, one cannot expect the big names to star in the Hindi version, opines an industry observer. As of now, a couple of Hindi producers have shown interest towards remaking Jigarthanda in Bollywood.

"I have received calls from a few Bollywood producers who have expressed interest in remaking the film in Hindi, but nothing has been finalised. I can't reveal more until anything goes on paper," the film's producer Kathiresan told IANS.

Jigarthanda has been praised for edge-of-the-seat thrilling story and brilliant performances of Siddharth and Simhaa. Santhosh Narayanan's music and Gavemic U Ary's cinematography have added huge value to the Tamil movie.. The story of the movie revolves around an aspiring filmmaker who closely follows a real gangster to make a gangster film.

The Tamil movie has earned Rs.10 crores at Box Office.
