Simran Misses Working With Yash Raj Films

Simran, who was once the most sought after actress in Tamil and Telugu films, is making her comeback with the forthcoming movie Aaha Kalyanam produced by Bollywood's prestigious production house Yash Raj Films. She will be seen in a small role in the upcoming flick.

At the audio launch function of Aaha Kalyanam recently, Simran claimed that she would have worked with Yash Raj films in a couple of movie had they entered the South films during her times. She misses working with the leading production house of India.

"I would have worked with Yash Raj Films had they entered Southern cinema before my marriage. I would have definitely done a few more films. I missed working with them," Simran told the reporters.

Simran will be seen in an extended cameo in the film, which is directed by debutant A Gokul Krishna. It features Nani and Vaani Kapoor in the lead roles. She was last seen in 2009 Tamil comedy Ainthaam Padai.

Nani and Vaani Kapoor starrer movie is the remake of Bollywood's hit movie Band Baaja Baraat. The movie marks the entry of Vaani, who made her cinematic debut with Hindi movie Shuddh Desi Romance, to South films.
