Sivakarthikeyan-Sri Divya's chemistry had worked big time in Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam. This seems to have made director Durai Senthil to cast them again in his forthcoming film.
As we all know, the Ethir Neechal team comprising of producer Dhanush, director Durai Senthil and Sivakarthikeyan are joining hands together for a movie again. The latest development is that Sri Divya has been approached to play the female lead role. Without a second thought, the actress has okayed the film.
But Sri Divya is yet to finish the formalities of signing. The movie bosses are working on the terms and conditions.
It may be recalled that Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam was one of the superhits of 2013. The film, without much hype, managed to become a crowd puller. The chemistry of Sivakarthikeyan and Sri Divya had worked well among audience.
Meanwhile, Sivakarthikeyan is busy with Maan Karate, which has maverick filmmaker AR Murugadoss' screenplay. The film is directed by Thirukumaran and has Anirudh Ravichander's music. Hansika Motwani is playing the female lead role in the flick. He also has a few untitled projects in his kitty.
On the other end, Sri Vidya has GV Prakash's Pencil, Suseenthiran directorial Veera Dheera Sooran and Atharvaa starrer Eetti.
