Rumour mills had taken Ajith Kumar fans by a surprise last week when it claimed that Trisha Krishnan would be teaming up with the Thala in Gautham Menon's upcoming flick. With her inclusion many thought that the cast of the crew got bigger and better considering Anushka Shetty being part of the project. Now, it appears it was just another speculation, as there are no signs of that development.

It was said recently that Gautham Menon was game to cast Trisha Krishnan in his next film with Ajith Kumar. The director had approached her and the positive news was expected from him. As it is a biggie, the actress had very less chance to turn down the project. Her association with him in blockbuster Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa was another reason why she couldn't reject the flick. To add fuel to the growing expectatons, the director on Twitter had written that there were surprise in store.
