'Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir Who Got Trapped in an Ikea Wardrobe' is a 2013 French novel written by Romain Puertolas. The book narrates the story of a Rajasthan man who travels to Paris to buy a bed of nails from an Ikea store.
Now according to some reliable sources, the movie which is based on this novel will be made in English and that talks are on with Dhanush to play the protagonist, Fakir.
Marjane Satrapi's 2011 film Chicken with Plums gained her critical recognition, presenting her the Best Feature Film Director Award at the Noor Iranian Film Festival.
Known for dishing out critically acclaimed novels and films, Marjane Satrapi's collaboration with Dhanush, if the project materializes, would be a treat to watch, not only for Indian audience but for movie lovers all over the world.
