Everything You Want To Know About Vijay's Song In 'Puli'
Recently, there were reports doing rounds that music director Devi Sri Prasad was finding it hard to convince Vijay to lend his voice for a song that would feature in his upcoming movie Puli.
As Ilayathalapathy Vijay had planned a family vacation in the United States right after he finishes with his post production works, it wasn't sure if he would take out time to record the song.
And the latest we hear from sources close to the project is that Vijay has indeed obliged to Devi Sri Prasad's request and has already crooned the song which has Vairamuthu's lyrics.
Sources also indicate that the song is actually a duet number and that the team is yet to decide on who will sing the female portion of it.
It is also said that the song will be fused with the shots the team had canned in Krabi, Thailand with Vijay and Shruti Haasan, along a picturesque seashore.
It is to be seen if D.S.P will opt for Shruti Haasan's voice for the song as she is a professional singer. It also makes sense to make use of her voice as she will be the one romancing Vijay in this particular melody.
