Following which a special screening was arranged for Rajinikanth and his family members to watch Kanchana 2 at his residence which he enjoyed to the fullest added sources.
Rajinikanth, who had predicted that Kanchana 2 would go on to become a huge success even before its release, is said to have praised Lawrence's performance after having watched the movie.
Looks like the Lingaa star is making good use of his rare free time. Meanwhile, once again, a few reports on the Rajinikanth-Shankar flick have started to emerge out of nowhere.
It is claimed that according to some trustworthy sources, Rajinikanth and Shankar will indeed join hands for a mega budget movie which would cost nearly 200 crore rupees.
Claiming that the project would go on floors in August or September, it is also said that Ayngaran International and Lyca Productions who produced Vijay's blockbuster hit Kaththi would bankroll this Rajinikanth-Shankar project as well.
Though multiple sources have confirmed this development, it is still not clear if the project is a sequel to Enthiran or a fresh script in the making.
A few days back, another report had claimed that Enthiran 2 is in the offing and that Shankar had approached Kamal Haasan to play the antagonist which was originally scripted for Aamir Khan.
Many such exciting reports have been constantly doing rounds in the recent past. But what really matters is the official confirmation from the concerned people which is being yearned by millions of fans.
