REVEALED: Thala 56 Gets Multiple Release Dates For Teaser, Title, Audio Launch And The Film Itself!
Just a day after the release date of Ilayathalapathy Vijay's upcoming movie, Vijay 59, was made known unofficially, reports regarding the release date and audio release function of Thala 56 have started to surface.
According to a report by IndiaGlitz, the makers of Thala 56 (Thala Ajith's upcoming movie), have planned to release the teaser as well as the title of the movie on October 1st.
It is anticipated that the first look poster will be revealed much before the calendar shows October. The report also suggests that the audio launch of the same will happen just before October gives way to November.
It was earlier reported that AM Ratnam, the movie's producer had promised all Ajith fans a Diwali treat by releasing Thala 56 on the auspicious day of Diwali.
The 5 day festival starts from 11th of November which falls on a Wednesday and going by the producer's routine and sentiments, it can be safely predicted that Thala 56 might release on 12th of November.
The movie which boasts of an impressive cast is directed by Siva who helmed Veeram last year. This film also marks the first time collaboration of Thala Ajith with young music sensation Anirudh.

Lakshmi Menon
Lakshmi Menon will be seen as Ajith's sister in the film. Many heroines like Nithya Menon and Bindu Madhavi were considered for the role and it was eventually bagged by Lakshmi. This is the first time she will be sharing screen space with the Arrambam actor.
Shruti Haasan
Shruti Haasan was selected to play the female lead. Like Lakshmi Menon, she too will be sharing screen space with Ajith for the very first time. Recently the crew including Shruti Haasan, left for Italy to can a few prominent scenes as well as song sequences.
Kabir Duhan Singh
Kabir will make his Kollywood debut with Thala 56. Recently he had posted on his Twitter page, "When I first met you,I honestly didn't know you were gonna be this honourable to me. #thala56rocks". No rewards for guessing whom he was referring to.
Siva
Since Veeram induced good monetary benefits, lot is expected from this combo of Ajith-Siva. While Veeram was a village based movie, Thala 56 is said to have a city as its backdrop. The characterization of Ajith might be in the lines of Rajinikanth's Baashha, according to a report.
Stunt Silva
Stunt Silva has been a prominent crew member in almost all films directed by Silva. His stunt sequences in Veeram was much appreciated and fans will be expecting nothing less from him in Thala 56.
Anirudh Ravichander
As mentioned earlier, Anirudh will be composing music for the very first time for a film featuring Ajith. Recently a news pertaining to a local 'kuthu' number had emerged leaving all Ajith fans excited. The audio launch is awaited with great anticipation by music lovers.
