What
is
bigger
than
a
high
budget
film?
A
high
budget
song,
the
reason
being,
a
producer
can
actually
dish
out
a
brand
new
movie
with
the
capital
he
spends
on
just
a
song.
The
latest
such
song
in
Kollywood
is
the
introduction
song
for
Ilayathalapathy
Vijay
in
his
upcoming
movie
Puli,
being
directed
by
Chimbu
Deven.
The
cast
and
crew
of
Puli
is
currently
stationed
at
Thalakonam
and
according
to
sources,
a
grand
village
like
set
has
been
erected
by
the
art
director
Muthuraj
for
the
opening
song.
The
cost
for
erecting
such
an
imposing
set
is
estimated
to
be
around
a
whopping
5
crore
rupees.
The
costly
song
will
reportedly
have
hundreds
of
dancers
across
the
country.
It
is
also
said
that
unlike
usual
Vijay
introduction
songs,
this
song
in
Puli
will
have
other
artists
from
the
film
shaking
their
leg
along
with
the
Kaththi
hero.
But
is
it
fair
to
be
extremely
lavish
for
just
a
song?
Well,
sources
close
to
the
project
has
claimed
that
the
end
product
will
be
worth
spending
for
as
the
audience
will
encounter
a
never
seen
before
experience.
Meanwhile,
it
is
reported
that
Vijay
will
be
lending
his
voice
for
a
'gaana'
song
in
his
59th
film
which
will
be
directed
by
Atlee.
GV
Prakash,
who
earlier
collaborated
with
Vijay
for
Thalaivaa
will
once
again
make
Vijay
to
croon
a
song
similar
to
that
of
'Vaangana
Vanakkangana'
which
became
a
favourite
among
fans.
