OMG! Will Karthik Subbaraj's Script Developed For Thala Ajith Become Vijay 60?
Numerous reports of late had suggested that Ilayathalapathy Vijay might join hands with young director Karthik Subbaraj after completing his current project with Atlee (Vijay 59).
Though initially it was presumed that the whole idea of the Jigarthanda film-maker directing Vijay 60 is nothing more than a speculation, sources close to Karthik have confirmed that he was indeed involved in a discussion with the Kaththi star.
Interestingly, a report from Times of India has it that, Karthik Subbaraj was eager on roping Thala Ajith for his next and that he even approached AM Rathnam for a possible collaboration.
But since the project did not materialize, Karthik had put aside his script momentarily when he got a call from Vijay. Though it is still not clear if the two will come together for a movie, they did actually discuss about it, it is said.
Meanwhile, the entire team of Vijay 59 will be traveling to Goa some time soon, where a chunk of portions involving Vijay and Amy Jackson will be shot. They had recently captured some prominent fight sequences in Chennai.
