Actress
Angana
Roy
of
Ragalaipuram
and
Manithan
fame
will
be
seen
in
a
glamorous
role
in
the
upcoming
flick
Kadisi
Bench
Karthik,
which
stars
Bharath
in
the
lead.
"It's
an
extremely
glamorous
role
but
nothing
about
it
will
be
dirty.
Unlike
my
previous
roles,
audiences
will
find
it
a
tad
glamorous
and
at
the
same
time
the
portrayal
will
be
very
modern.
I'm
quite
excited
about
the
role," Angana
told
IANS.
Upcoming
Films
In
Tamil,
the
young
actress
is
awaiting
the
release
of 7
Naatkal
and
is
pretty
excited
about
this
particular
project.
She
is
also
working
on
a
Kannada
film
titled
Cobra
and
Telugu
film Naa
Devudu.
On
'7
Naatkal'
"I'm
quite
excited
about
the
film
(7
Naatkal)
because
the
whole
story
revolves
around
my
character.
The
role
offered
me
the
scope
to
be
involved
in
some
stunts,"
she
had
revealed.
A
Brush
With
Ballet
Her
role
in
7
Naatkal
also
demanded
her
to
learn
ballet
dancing. "The
role
is
such
that
I
was
required
to
learn
ballet.
It
was
a
quick
training
session
and
after
nearly
half
a
day
of
shooting,
we
shot
the
song,"
she
had
said.
On
Learning
Ballet
"Ballet
is
a
very
different
form
of
dance.
I
was
initially
nervous
because
it
involves
lifts
and
throws
and
twists
and
turns.
One
wrong
move
and
you
could
easily
lose
control
of
your
partner,"
she
said.
The
Team's
Obsession
With
7
According
to
Angana,
the
team
of
7
Naatkal
is
obsessed
with
the
number
7.
So
much
so
that
everything
pertaining
to
the
project
was
somehow
associated
with
the
number.
Actor
Sakthi's
7th
Project
"'7
Naatkal' was
launched
on
the
seventh
of
a
particular
month.
The
makers
are
also
planning
to
release
it
on
the
seventh
of
whichever
month
it
will
hit
the
screens.
And
this
happens
to
be
the
seventh
project
of
actor
Sakthi,"
she
said.
On
Her
English-Hindi
Bilingual
Angana,
meanwhile,
is
looking
forward
to
the
English-Hindi
bilingual
project.
She
says
it
will
be
her
career's
biggest
project.
She
also
has
a
film
in
Bengali
under
her
belt.
Being
directed
by
Bhargavan,
Angana
plays
Bharath's
love
interest
in
the
movie,
which
is
also
being
simultaneously
made
in
Telugu.
"The
characters
Bharath
and
I
play
are
poles
apart.
While
I
play
a
glamorous
role,
he
plays
a
nerdy
character
that
will
be
mostly
seen
wearing
loose
pants.
He
doesn't
know
much
about
the
outside
world," she
said,
and
added
that
Bharath's
character
comes
with
a
lot
of
twists.
Angana,
who
has
already
shot
for
a
week,
feels
that
the
days
are
very
long
on
the
sets.
"Apart
from
a
few
scenes,
we
even
shot
a
very
glamorous
song.
We're
working
on
double
call
sheet,
and
hence,
most
days
are
very
long
on
the
sets.
Since
it's
a
bilingual,
most
scenes
have
to
be
shot
twice
with
a
different
set
of
actors,"
she
said.
