Dhanush, known for his versatility, will be seen in two distinctive movies in a short span of time. If he is donning a pair of low quality sandals accompanied by a prosaic looking uniform in Prabhu Solomon's Thodari, he is reportedly playing a stylish looking gangster in Gautham Menon's Yenai Nokki Paayum Thotaa.
The difference between these two movies is sizeable, which augurs well for the Mayakkam Enna actor. Also, the fact that Thodari was a challenging film to work in might make the film that much more fascinating when it hits the big screen.
Yes, according to the latest report, the Kumki director has revealed that the Dhanush starrer was a tough nut to crack as it involved shooting inside a train.
"Making this film was a challenge because it demands so much coordination, effort, and commitment. We shot on a train which had an engine attached to 11 bogies. Even if I had hired the train for five hours, I would still have to wait for clearance from the Railways for the signals. Sometimes, shooting even a single shot was very tough," he has told to The New Indian Express.
Like Mynaa, Kumki and Kayal, Thodari too, is expected to showcase some breathtaking visuals.
Meanwhile, it is said that Dhanush will portray the role of a gangster in Yenai Nokki Paayum Thotaa. Since the movie is being helmed by Gautham Menon, the star actor is expected to look stylish throughout.
Unlike Thodari, this romantic-thriller will be slick and action-packed. Having said that, expect some daredevilry stunts in Thodari as well, as the story unfolds in a moving train.
