horror-comedy
Nayaki
released

Friday,
says
there
are
valid
reasons
why
she
hasn't
been
talking
about
her
film
or
promoting
it.
"If
I
am
not
talking
about
or
promoting
my
film,
there
are
valid
reasons
for
it," Trisha
wrote
on
her
official
social
media
page.
"Apologies
to
my
media
friends
and
fans
who
have
been
asking
me.
I
will
personally
make
sure
it
is
explained
soon.
Thank
you
all
for
the
consistent
support
and
love," she
added.
In
the
film,
Trisha
plays
a
dual
role
for
the
first
time
in
her
career.
Directed
by
Govi,
the
film
also
stars
Ganesh
Venkatraman,
Brahmanandam,
Sushma
Raj
and
Satyam
Rajesh
in
important
roles.
Produced
by
Giridhar
Mamidipally,
Padmaja
Mamidipally,
Nayaki
was
earlier
released
in
Telugu,
but
was
not
received
well
by
Telugu
audiences.
Trisha
would
be
hoping
that
the
film
does
better
in
Tamil
Nadu.
