"It
is
true
that
Vijay
was
approached
with
the
offer.
Since
he
was
expected
to
set
aside
over
a
year
for
the
project,
he
was
left
with
no
other
option
but
to
turn
it
down.
At
this
stage
in
his
career,
Vijay
doesn't
want
to
spend
over
a
year
on
a
project," a
source
close
to
the
Kaththi
actor,
told
IANS.

to
be
India's
costliest
film
at
the
time
of
its
release,
is
being
bankrolled
by
Thenandal
Films,
which
is
their
100th

While
the

cast
is
yet
to
be
finalised,
Sundar
has
already
locked
his

AR
Rahman
will
compose
the
tunes,
RC
Kamalakannan
will
take
care
of
the
visual
effects
and
Sudeep
Chaterjee
will
crank
the
camera.
National

winning
art
director
Sabu
Cyril
