an
interesting
role

plays
Vijay's

and
will

of
the
many
high
octane
action
sequences
the
film
has.
"In
Vijay
60,
I
essay
Vijay's
boss
and
it
was
great
sharing
screen
space
with
him
as
I
know
him
right
from
his
childhood.
I
still
have
three
more
days
of
shoot
left
for
the
movie
and
I
will
be
a
part
of
an
action
sequence
as
well," Mahendra
told
Deccan
Chronicle.
Among
the
actors
who
are
sharing
screen
space
with
Vijay
for
the
second
time,
'Mottai'
Rajendran,
who
was
seen
in
Theri,
will
once
again
play
a
cop
in
Vijay
60,
it
is
said.
Meanwhile,
YG
Mahendra
has
three
more
exciting
projects
under
his
belt.
He
will
be
essaying
crucial
roles
in
Arya's
Kadamban,
Vijay
Antony's
Saithaan
and
Simbu's
Anbanavan
Asaradhavan
Adangadhavan
(AAA).
Speaking
about
his
role
in
the
Simbu-starrer,
the
veteran
actor
has
said
after
a
long
time
he
is
playing
the
role
of
a
comedian.
"For
the
past
three
years,
I've
been
doing
only
character
roles.
With
this
role,
I
am
back
to
my
forte,
which
is
comedy.
I
play
Shriya
Saran's
father
and
it's
a
fun-filled
role.
I've
completed
my
portions
and
the
majority
of
my
scenes
are
with
STR
and
VTV
Ganesh."
According
to
Mahendra,
Simbu
was
the
one
who
had
recommended
his
name
for
the
role.
"I
found
him
(Simbu)
to
be
a
very
talented
person
who
knows
a
lot
about
cinema.
And
I
heard
from
my
director
that
STR
was
the
one
who
insisted
that
I
play
the
role.
He's
got
a
high
scope
for
performance
in
this
film," he
told
the
leading
daily.
