SHOCKER: YouTube Removes Vijay's 'Theri' Teaser Due To Copyright Issues!

By Avinash

Ilayathalapathy Vijay's Theri teaser, which was being celebrated by fans and movie buffs, has been removed from YouTube owing to copyright issues.

Apparently, YouTube has acted based on a complaint from a portal named TamilTalkies. This, has come across as a shocker for many as the teaser was being hailed and enjoyed by many.

What more, the 50 second video was on the verge of creating a record for most number of likes within 12 hours from the time of its release.

The teaser, which was high on action, was released at the stroke of midnight. Within few hours, the video had managed to gather more than 120K likes.

Also, the teaser was well on its way in breaking Vedalam's record to become the most liked Tamil teaser. The overall likes of Thala Ajith's Vedalam teaser stands at 140,763.

Theri was destined to break that record within 13 to 14 hours from the time of its release. It is to be seen if the teaser can manage not to lose out on all those likes when it comes back to life.

The good news though is, the teaser will be restored on YouTube in some time from now as the makers have sorted out the issues with the largest video streaming site.
