Cool Suresh made his debut through Prashanth's film Chocolate. After that he played negative and comedy roles in many films. Then he became field out and many directors started avoiding him due to his cheap attitude. Currently he is acting in available roles due to lack of opportunites.

In a recently held movie audio launch ceremony, Cool Suresh's cheap behaviour created a stir. While Cool Suresh was speaking in this ceremony, he suddenly put a garland on the female host who was standing nearby. The host felt disgusting with this cheap behaviour of Cool Suresh and thrown away the garland immediately.

In the video showcased before his entry to the Bigg Boss house, Cool Suresh mentioned, "I won't behave like a Joker anymore and I will act as a responsible father from now on." Immediately after a few moment he shouted, "Venthu Thandhathu Kaadu.. Vanakkatha Podu.." which irritated Bigg Boss fans across the globe.
